What was the military size of the Soviet Union’s military under the command of Joseph Stalin during world war II? How many troops did they have in total? Was it 16 million 18 million how many?
Was it bigger than the Wehrmacht?

I don’t know the exact figure. Your guess seems about right to me. I do know that it vastly outnumbered the Wehrmacht.
The casualty figures make that abundantly clear.

Whats bad is that the Soviet Union had just as many troops killed by their own commanders than the Germans killed during WWII
