It’s a question on a paper. It is asking when the world acknowledges the shift of Russia to the Soviet Union. I’m not sure when it was.. I thought it was after a battle or something. It’s an allegory of Animal Farm, any info regarding that would be helpful, thanks.

After Russia subsumed all of the -khistan nations that are now exerting their own independence recently and lowered the “Iron Curtain” after WWII, effectively creating the barrier between Communist Russia and her Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), and the Democratic West.
