Just purchase some in a deli and take a bite. That is how you start it. Or go to a party where someone is serving it on the menu and eat it. Personally why eat raw fish eggs?

Unfortunately, $ 30 won't get you very far, especially if you order in a restaurant. The three most revered types all come from Sturgeon from the Caspian Sea. They are Beluga, Osetra and Sevruga, in that order. One ounce of any of them can run you well over $ 100, but search the web for the best buys. You can buy other types of fish eggs (roe), typically sold as caviar, such as salmon roe or lumpfish roe, but they are just not as good as the Sturgeon variety. Save up and do it right.

Catch a sturgeon and stab it's belly open and chomp down on those baby fish.

    Red Salmon Caviar.
    It is my favorite.
    You will also need:
    1 french bread
    butter

Cut the bread in fine slices than divide each slice in half, or in triangles so that you can put it in your mouth in one time.
Put some butter on the bread, than just a little bit of caviar on the top. Maybe a quarter of tea spoon.
    Go ahead, enjoy.
If you are older, have a little vodka with it like the russians do.
If you do not drink alcohol, than a glass of milk is very nice.
    Nazdravlje! = To your health!
