Question by Kita Kitten: Where can I buy Lolita clothes in Russia?
I was planning to buy on the internet, but might as well ask. Where can I find stores that carry Lolita styled clothing in Russia, particularly St. Petersburg. Also, can I find a store near San Diego, California? I’m gonna be there this summer.

Although there is an active Russian lolita community, there isn't a store in which you can walk in and buy lolita things from. You could always ask the community if they are selling anything
The only physical lolita store in California that I can think of is Baby The Stars Shine Bright, which is in San Francisco.
