i heard Obama wanted to shake Russian leaders hands and the Russian leaders didn’t shake his hand.

I saw it on Youtube. I don't know if it was an edit job or not. If not, no matter what your feelings about Obama, there is a protocol when a leader of a foreign state visits and refusing to shake hands is not one of them. It is an insult not just to Obama but to America.

The only handshake video I can remember is Bush passing a line of people and none of them wanted to shake hands with him. Last year sometime when he still was goof in chief. In Saudi Arabia I think.
