EBAY!
I saw a bunch on there, my friend actually bought one of those keyboards, because hes a foreign exchange student.
Or go to start, accesories, and accesable, and on screen keyboard! Viola!

You don't need a special font, you just need to change your keyboard layout to Russian.
On Windows XP
1. Go to the Control Panel, click Regional and Language Options
2. On the Languages tab, click Details
3. Click the Add button
4. In the Input Language drop-down pick Russian and make sure the "Keyboard Layout" check box is checked
5. Click OK 3 times.
There now should be a box floating around somewhere (or a blue box on the taskbar) that says EN. When you're at the place where you need to type Russian, click the EN and change it to 'RU Russian'.
You will have to get used to the layout because the Russian keys aren't near their Latin equivalents, but once you learn it should be easy and convenient (you won't have to cut and paste letters).
Hope that helps.
