Well it really depends on where you live 🙂
Being a New Jersian I always go to Brighton Beach, NYC, for any Russian-related things: there are lots of stores there that sell Russian merchandise. Brooklyn would be spot number 2, but you would need to know where to look.
If you’re from elsewhere I can’t recommend you any place in particular other than to try amazon.com, ebay or one of those online stores.
