Congratulations, Congratulations, Congratulations! You have made a wise choice in Fyodor Mikhaylovich Dostoyevsky,
You could start with one of his masterpieces, Crime and Punishment or The Brothers Karamazov.
Or maybe you would prefer a shorter work, “Notes from Underground” or “The Double: A Petersburg Poem” is a good place to start with.
Or if you like you can read him in chronologic order, Poor Folk, The Double: A Petersburg Poem, : Netochka Nezvanova (unfinished), The Uncle's Dream, The Friend of the Family, The Insulted and the Injured, The House of the Dead, Notes from Underground, Crime and Punishment, The Gambler, The Idiot, The Eternal Husband, The Possessed, The Adolescent, and The Brothers Karamazov.

Start with Notes from the Underground and a couple of his other shorter stories and if you like those then get to grips with his major works. I suggest reading them in this order;
Crime and Punishment
The Idiot
The Devils
The Brothers Karamazov
