Question by Payback’s A Bitch: Grishko Ulanova I vs Ulanova II?
What’s the difference really, is what I’m asking. I’ve tried the Ulanova I’s before but they’re too wide in the heel. I have Egyptian feet and they are somewhat narrow (I have a pair of 2007 6 XXX). Which shoe would suit me better?

If it takes a professional pointe shoe fitter up to an hour to fit your shoes properly when she has you there in person, how do you expect anyone to be able to give you a good answer not seeing your feet? I will tell you that it is also doubtful that you will be answered by a professional pointe shoe fitter here. If you were, they would tell you what I will tell you. Go for a fitting and try them on yourself.
That being said the Ulanova II is meant for dancers with Grecian not Egyptian feet. The vamp is longer and tapered. In general the Ulanova I is better suited for Egyptian feet. Especially if you have all shorter toes as opposed to longer toes.
Most likely neither shoe is right for your foot and you need to try some other brands.
