Question by DIDUMJ: Who gives Medvedev the authority to lead the country of Russia?
Is it Vladimir Putin, or is Dmitry Medvedev just a puppet?

Medvedev is Putin’s Puppet. although as President he is the head of state Putin was his mentor and got him into power so he could become Prime Minister and still pull the strings. its obvious that the Georgia invasion was Putin’s masterplan and Bush, Hillary Clinton, Mccain, Obama and Brown acknowledge it is still him that is the ruler of Russia
