Question by icnu: Why is Nikita Khrushchev (Никита Хрущёв) the only Soviet leader not to be buried at the Kremlin wall?
I have been there, they’re all together except for Nikita, why is he the only one who didn’t make it there?

He was not buried at the Kremlin Wall because when he died in 1971 he was a private individual with no party or governmental positions. Nearly all of those buried at the Wall died in office – there are a few exceptions, like the journalist John Reed and the pro-Bolshevik prisoners killed in 1918.
