Question by focka: why is the USA always negotiate weapons proliferation with russia?
is it because they are arc-rivals/enemies or is it because they are the world military mights? otherwise why not with china?
Then why people over here refers to russian weapons as obsolete and old technology? apparently russian army is useless and the USA is not worried about them…why do many people over here like to underestimate russia? after the USA, isn’t russia the second military power?
no, i don’t understand the problem, that is why i am asking.. this site isn’t only for cold war experts.

You really don't understand the problem, do you? I have to wonder how old you are, because I REMEMBER THE COLD WAR and I don't think you do.
The U.S. and Russia have OVER 5000 NUCLEAR WARHEADS and that is about 90 percent of all the ones in the world… so it's just COMMON SENSE for them to get together at times and talk about reducing the total number
