Seriously doubt it. it's not like there are thousands of people on each side who would regularly travel to the other side.
You could do it two parts, using the island that is in the middle. Still, it would be a total of about 60 miles. That is a very long bridge, and the weather in that area is pretty atrocious. You would have a very short construction season. The bridge woulds have to be extremely strong to withstand the severe winter weather, the pylons would have to withstand heavy ice collisions, and they would present a major navigation hazard for ships traveling to the Arctic Ocean.
