Question by : Will Russian Siberians (Sibiryak) declare independence for Siberia from Muscovite rule?
They are always neglected and impoverished but all their oil, gold, timber, etc. wealth goes to the west of Russia.

Independence is no solution in a global capitalist economy. All independence does is insure that the capitalist powers will swoop in to rape your nation. Africa is the perfect example. It was divided by the western imperialists into dozens of small nations which were then impotent and easy to rape and loot. But Africa is a very rich continent. Were it a single nation, it would be the most powerful nation in the world and foreign capital wouldn’t be impoverishing Africans by looting all of their wealth.
What we have learned over and over again (and what Libya and Gaddaffi learned most recently) is that there can be no nationalist solution to imperialism. The only solution is for the global working class to organize and take state power and the subsequent reorganization of the global economy on the basis of planned production and socialism.

Yes it could be. I think, it's very likely in the future. I think, it can happened after 20-30 years ( or even less) especially if influence of China in Siberia will grow more than now. (It will be for sure) Many siberians – Russians, Ukrainians, Buryats, Yakuts etc. hate moskovites a lot for their greed and ignorance to needs of Siberia.

They are very loyal humble people and not very materialistic so I would guess no.

Just for your information.
Sibiryaki – first ethnic Russian settlers of Siberia (16-17 centuries) and their descendants. Arroximately the same as Founding Fathers of USA and their descendants.
It is usually not used for indigenous nations of Siberia who have their own respected names (if used, than very rare).

Your use of "Sibiryak" is a rather silly attempt at essentialisation. Russian Siberians are more accurately described as Siberian Russians, and no amount of facetious and uninformed use of local-language autonyms is going to make your Russophobic fantasy about a separate Siberian nation any less unrealistic.
That said, they do indeed talk about all the real problems you've mentioned and many Russians elsewhere, including us here in Moscow, entirely support their demands on the government. You could've researched the topic yourself had you been genuinely interested in it. But all that does interest you is whether there's any chance that this annoyingly big, thorn-in-your-side Russia will become smaller for this particular reason? Nope. Tough luck.

Tell me one instance which independence helped to growth!
Look at Balkan! Now Bosniaks have "independence" .now they have "Sharia Law".
but most of them are not living in their LAND which they fought a lot, anymore. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosniaks
Now Croats are independents. But most of their population immigrated to Other Parts of the World in search of a better life!
Look at Libya! The law is now jungle's one.But in the era of Ghaddafi welfare was higher than sweden's one.
Look at Pakistan. Now India is getting richer and have better economic situation and freedom day after day.but what does Pakistan have ? Osama Bin Laden . LOL
Why would Siberians separate ? To eat ice.?or why would others separate ?to have "Sharia Law"While they are starving.( Look at Tajikistan and Kyrgizystan )
if you Americans leave people alone they'd go to the right path.
