I personally like Glenn Gould’s version and also Arthur Rubenstein played it for a commemorative concert or something. Both are amazing displays of talent.

Vladimir Horowitz although not one of my favorite pianists, recorded it with Dimitri Mitropolous and the N.Y. Philharmonic years ago: most probably no longer available(the performance heard here, is not the studio recording I spoke of – it was flawless):

Artur Rubinstein has always been probably my most favorite pianist, and nearly always turns in a stellar performance or recording, no matter what the composition is:
