I think the consensus/answer to your question is potato and cheese.
But why would anyone wrap a potato with a pasta, or put rice in a potato, or make a potato and rice sandwich? If you want health benefits, try to eliminate excess sugar and starch.

I love these things and so do my grand kids. When I was a young child our neighbor (straight from Poland) used to invite me over when she made each week.
My favorite is potato and cheese with butter, garlic, and sour cream. (Oh boy I'm going to have to go make some now, my mouth is watering).
I make them with fruit quite often for the grand kids, or with vegetables (carrots, spinach, squash, onion).
I like to deep fry them for appetizers.
Thanks for reminding me that I haven't made any in a long time—I'm going to start cooking now!!
OH wait I forgot your question LOL–Nothing is good for you if you overeat it—at least these would have fresh ingredients in them.
