It has to be about the Soviet Union under Stalin from 1930-1950. Thanks!

The only thing I can say is that Hitler and Stalin both were men with no warm, personal human contacts, and both believed in mythical systems for whom a million deaths, more or less, were nothing. Both did incalculable harm to their countries. Their insistence on personal control brought disaster to their countries.
The Battle of Stalingrad was emblematic for both men — maniac egotism and mass slaughter.

Marshal Joseph Stalin has been as slandered as many other Russian historical figures, facts and events, for example: Prince Potemkin of Taurida.
In reality, there did never exist anything like "Potemkin vilages" or "Russian roulette", all such drivel being simply dirty myths, just concocted to denigrate Russia in this or other way.

Well Stalin is pretty complicated. But you would have to look at his childhood, he was beaten by his father, was a street thug and ran a protection racket in the 20's. Then into his life, his purges, how and why he hated his daughter, is industrialization on the Soviet Union. His mental instability, his starvation of his people because of the way he ran the state. He also had beautiful building built and created a very modern railway (all from slave labor though. So you have a lot to work with.
