Question by Diane J: Does anyone have any good Russian Baked Pierogi recipes?

I usually pre-boil my potato & cheese perogis, then top with sauteed onions, done in butter. You could prepare these ahead, place in a casserole dish and heat when needed in the oven. A topping of shredded cheddar cheese would be a nice touch with some sour cream and chives on the side.
