I was actually a fan of Solaris – but I think the pacing of his films is much too slow for the casual movie-goer.

It depends on your taste in films…. if you like movies like harry potter, pirates of the caribbean, fast and furious… you will hate them…….
If you like films like the one who win awards, like dramas, you will probably like them, Tarkovsky is considered a genius filmmaker, but is not for everyone
