Is this a serious question? I lived in Vladivostok for 3yrs and everyone was White, I only seen just a few Asians.

    HAHAHA ! Are you from the USA ?-Yes, we know,we know about the low level of education
    of the USA citizens ! I have visited the USA last year ! Even Darwin`s evolution(which my grand mother studied in the 1923 at a soviet school and every child of modern Russia knows from the kinder garten) is a great news in the USA ! They discuss it every day here at this site ! Funny people !

    hahaha, only Westerner would ask question in this format. You mean "white" people meaning Indo-European/Slavic Russians I assume. Hilarious, almost everyone in Vladivostok, Primorye Region as well as EVERYWHERE in Russian Far East except Yakutia are majority Slavs. Native people have been reduced to almost invisible. Your question is like asking are there any Whites in Nevada or Montana? Yes, majority population is composed of Whites from colonization, natives are almost invisible.

    There is a few co loured people in Vladivostok, Chinese or Corean origion.
    Not more then 10%
