Question by wres_observer: George Lucas, Steven Spielberg and Andrei Tarkovsky?
All three of them have made science fiction movies. What are the subtle aspects one can observe in the direction of these three film makers in these films. Apart from the obvious aspect of Tarkovsky giving a lot of attention to philosophical blabbering and his famous long take of a scene . ( Similar to Ozu, Mizoguchi) I dont want to know quality of movies as I already know the answer.
