Question by Veritatum17: Is it possible that Medvedev doesn’t actually have control over all of the Russian forces in Georgia?
Medvedev agreed to a ceasefire, but Putin is doing most of the talking.
Meanwhile, reports of continued fighting are coming out of Georgia, while Russia accuses the U.S. of causing this and sends in additional forces. Could this be due to mutinous units in Gori who would rather loot and pillage than go back to their cold camps in North Ossetia? Could the sabre-rattling be to buy time for loyal Russian units to reign in their counterparts in Gori?
Russia decided to take military action, but is theirs the decision to further it?

The left hand almost never knows what the right is doing. Also, Medvedev is a puppet and Putin isn't scared of America.
