Does Moscow State University allow non-russian speaking students to study there?

Question by Olivia: Does Moscow State University in Russia allow for non-russian speaking students to study abroad there?
I’m going to SUNY Fredonia next year and I want to study my Sophmore year abroad in Moscow. Is it possible for me to study abroad at Moscow State University for a semester?
