Has Abramovich ever spoken at a press conference?

Question by mp01: Has Roman Abramovich ever spoken at a press conference or done an interview?
i assume he might not be confident in English but has he through the use of a translator

you never hear direct comments from him, only hearsay from third party sources. i think this would reassure alot of the Chelsea fans
