How can I open a business if my partner is from Russia?

Question by Rix M: How can I open a business following all rules, if my partner is from Russia and lives there?
My partner is from Russia and she lives there, but she wants to open a business here in US with me. How formally I can register our business here. The point is, she and I will be even partners. What forms I need to fill up? What forms or documents I need from her to open business here? Where I can possible get a complete information!

My name is terry zuma am from sierra Leone am a contractor of all kind of contract and with great pressure and inner most feelings i wish to search for a trust and god fearing contract man or business man in assistance of a contract that is about to be awarded to me by faith and by the help of a business partner .
Well this is a contract of $ 22,5000000,wish is a project of a refinery in Liberia,and i am in possession of this contract ,
And the prime minister or contract sir George ask me to pay the sum of $ 65280, for the the contract to be awarded to me ,And i have invested so much money in an hotel project in south African according to sir George the contract will be awarded by the end of junly and i right Na i have $ 18000 in my hand of which i know would not be enough for the project Dore i believe in god for a miracle that is why i need two or three business man or woman to assist me in this project.
Please i do need a legit person because according to this saying that two head is better than one so i also believed that three head is better than two,so i am thinking of how to race the balance fund which is $ 47280, if you know that you are good and willing to be the lucky man or woman them you can get back to me so we can start thinking on how the project will be awarded to us before the end of junly so i can send your the document of this refinery project .
