that is reality around these parts- people in ‘high places’ don’t answer phones if they don’t want to and the lines are notoriously bad… Do you have all your codes right? Check with your phone company re how to dial correctly. It could be that you’re missing a crucial code. Code for Russia is 7, city code for Moscow is 495 .
