Question by spencer: how much did the western nations give to help the USSR during Gorbachev’s term ?
where he introduced market economy? Did they give him loans? And if yes, how much?
Thanks Dmitry, is this not enough? I had the information that says US’ help didn’t help much in Gorbachev’s economic policies, so that means USSR’s problems must had been really bad.
