How much does it cost to send a Hallmark musical greeting card through the mail to Russia? Can they even allow such cards due to the little battery that is in the card?

my wife got one 10 years ago. prolly $ 2 postage or less. a regular post is i think $ 1.10… the card may be thick, or on int’l, may not matter.
