Question by unknown: How should Stalin deal with the kulaks?
The kulaks were the profitable and rich peasants in the early Soviet Union. Stalin believed they were bad and that they contradicted socialism. The confiscation of grain and livestock were huge mistakes…. they should have never happened. If the kulaks really were slowing down or non-beneficial to the economy, what could have Stalin have done (basically what would you do if you were him) with the kulaks instead of starving and killing them??? Reasonable answers please.
