How to attatch soviet medals to a medal bar?

Question by SovietPreserver: How do you attatch soviet medals to a medal bar?
I recently purchased several soviet medals, as I do often to preserve them, and I also bought corresponding Soviet medal bars. How do I take the medals and affix them to the medal bars?
