Question by mspyman: How can I get in touch with the St. Petersburg,Russia Police Department?
Planning a trip there in July 2006 and wish to swap Department patches with them.

It's like asking how do i get in touch with NYC police department from china. It will be much easier if you can find and English speaking russian cop (not like that's easy) in St. Petersburg. I'm sure he'll swap w/ you. We're nicer than we look.
