i need to locate an accountance in russia, however i don’t know how to go about it.
All i have is a name..
would this be difficult to do, esp with translation and so forth.
what would be a concrete go about to find someone in russia with only a name?

With only a name, I doubt you will be able to get far. If you have an old address, an agency like the American Red Cross may be able to help if there’s a real need to locate the person. Otherwise, check out the bulletin board links below and see if another researcher had attempted what you are trying to do.
