How to make computer recognize russian letters?

Question by Azik: How do I make my computer recognize russian letters?
I got a programm that is written in russian, my computer with Swedish Windows Xp cant read these letters, instead its shows only ????.

top of browser go to “view”…..then “character encoding”…..then try diff. stuff….start with Auto detect, if does not work go to More encoding and try manually.
