How to make Win support russian language?

Question by SkullDragon: How can I make my Win to support russian language?
I can’t install russian thru Regional Settings (coz of no WinCD or WinSource on HD). I need to make my PC to be compattible with russian language (not only text files).

Any idea how to do that?

Not without the CD, no. Even though you didn’t install your version of Windows from it, you can borrow a friends copy to get the files from there. That will work, easily.

Hope this helps.

You would not need any CD if you have Windows XP: go to control panel – Regional and Language options; under Languages go to Details, click Add – choose Russian from the drop-down.
