How to pay for language program?

Question by livinglife1step@atyme: How to pay for Russian Language program?
I would like to find out how to pay for a Russian Language Program through a school called Echo Eastern Europe. Student loans will not cover it, and I don’t know if I can get a personal loan? Or if there are any form of scholarships for Russian Programs?

How about a free one?

I have links to a couple, but I’ve been using livemocha.com.

Problem is, There is no grammar taught…somehow, you are just supposed to figure out all the grammar on your own. I found that about.com is helpful there

It also doesn’t teach the alphabet! So I searched and found a couple of sites that teach that, too.
