How to translate indefinite and definite articles into Russian?

Question by samiles96: How do I translate indefinite and definite English articles into Russian?
How do I translate the phrase “I did not find the book in the house” vs “I did not find a book in the house? I realize that Russian does not have articles, but of course those two sentences have distinct meanings and I’d like to know how to express them in Russian.

я не нашёл книгу дома = i did not find the book in the house

я не нашёл ни одну книгу дома = i did not find a book in the house
