Now, Kerensky wasn’t a communist, but he was a socialist…what difference did that make in terms of hard policy?

Main difference: he meant to continue World War I.
There were other radical policy differences in everything
from Nationalization to police functions and purges of
the bureaucracy, but THE WAR was a HUGE dividing point.
