How were Chernenko and Andropov involved in the Cold War?

Question by Ϡɨɀɀɤ Ϡɨɳɷᶊαϋя™: How were Konstantin Chernenko and Yuri Andropov involved in the Cold War?
I have looked on the internet, so please don’t call me lazy, but I can’t find anything on how these two Soviet Leaders were involved in the Cold War (apart from them being leaders at the time) and what actions they took during it. Thanks (:
