Question by korrupted…: How were Lenin’s ideas of Socialism and Communism appealing to Russian’s at this time?
In what ways was it effective?
Any sources that I can have a look at to see how appealing it was?

The peasants were not faring well under Czars, and they all were sick of the war in which tons of men were dying. When Lenin came along, they pounced on his promises of Socialism. The rest is history and we know it didn’t work out how they planned.
