Question by Samian’s Twelfth Account: How is Rosalea Krakovski a descendant of Joseph Stalin?
I came across this Wikipedia article today, but the sources were highly dubious:
Apparently, she claims to be a descendant of Joseph Stalin, but I actually looked up the living descendants of Stalin:
Svetlana Alliluyeva
Yekaterina Zhdanov
Yevgeny Dzhugashvili
Now, none of those three names are either of this girl’s parents.
Have Russians heard of her, or is she a fraudster with fake information online?

Firstly, there are many living Stalin’s descendants both abroad and in Russia while she claims to be the only living one.

Thirdly, except for claiming to be Stalin’s relative she does not put any information about who of Stalin’s children is her grandparent. It is suspicious because in this case it would have been easy to trace her.
P.S. Kaganovich’s family denies the very existence of his sister Rosa. His only sister Rashel died in the 1920s. To believe that Stalin had any relations with a Jewish lady is a sign of complete ignorance about the context of Stalin’s private life and Soviet politics of that period.

I did a little research on this and I found that she is a descendant of Rosa Kaganovich(sister of Lazar Kaganovich) who was thought to have been married to Joseph Stalin at some point. I would've immediately written it off as a hoax and not looked into it, but I see a resemblance, as odd as that sounds…
