Russia doesn't have a dictator! Putin is the best president that Russia ever had, and Russians knew that if Medvedev was to be chosen – that would be the only way Putin could still be in charge, and that's why Russians voted for Medvedev. Russia has a Republican form of government.

i know this is hard to understand, so open your mind and bare with me.
capitalism as a pure economic system requires liberty and justice – free market cannot be free if there is no justice. without justice there is no such thing as liberty.
so capitalism needs to have a free/just system to operate efficiently.
conversely, socialism and communism requires government aggression to take from one and redistribute to another. the act of taking requires aggression (force or coercion).
aggression is the exact opposite of justice, and aggression and justice exist n a negative correlation. one goes up and the other goes down.
to sum it up, to call 2008 russia capitalist, is to say the mafia is capitalist, or to say that stalin, mao, and castro are capitalists because they controlled all the production of a nation.
so maybe your answer rests in the question – is capitalism the same as free market? to me it is, so when we see a market that is not free we have something less than capitalism.
the more a government uses aggression, the less it has justice

I agree. Russia's dictator, Mr. Putin, has a stranglehold on whatever chance Russia has on becoming a country ran by the people. But then again, they all idolize him, so I guess he's a legit ruler.

Nope, it is not.

Your name is correct you just have the wrong picture. A picture of yourself or Obama would work.

That's the way things have always worked in Russia!

You ask this question ASSuming that we actually give a craap about Russia. (By the way, your avatar sucks. Reagan was one of the greatest presidents this country has ever had)
