That seems like a pretty big difference to me. But you probably think some policy that you can construe as "socialist" is more important than killing ten million people.

First, why not get the name right? He was born: "Ioseb Besarionis dze Jughashvili" but was such a limpdick that he had to change his last name to "Stalin," meaning 'man of steel' to over-compensate for his lack of manliness.
On the other hand, Obama is not a communist, not a dictator, not a paranoid, not a murderer and not a cross-dresser.

Mr. Obama is the elected president of America and he has expressed his desire to bring USA out of darkness through peaceful means. The other one is a look a like of Bush regimes.

The US is a democracy and Obama is the democratically elected President. Stalin was the dictator in a totalitarian regime. There is absolutely no similarity between the two.
The powers of the President of the United States are stated in the Constitution. This is a system of checks and balances and shared powers, with an elected Congress and a Supreme Court. President Obama has been in office two weeks and has not done anything that is not in accordance with the Constitution.
You should have been complaining loudly when Bush was trying to expand the Executive's power. Obama has not tried to do that.

Obama is willing to listen and work with even his political rivals in a spirit of bipartisanship.
