Question by Andrew: Does anybody know any thing about the Moscow Russia Fire Department, run statistics, or anything?
I am a firefighter in the US and am trying to research firefighting overseas, I was particularly interested in Moscow as it is a large city and I have heard does not have many or strict fire codes, I may be wrong but this is what I have heard? Thanks all.
