Was not his last “Nation address” honest and touchy? It takes guts to do so.

    Boris Yeltsin was President in very difficult times after the collapse of The Soviet Union poverty in Russia increased.
    Yes, he promised many things he couldn't give to his people and it was not because he didn't want.
