And do people have rights to judge B.Yeltsin now. Isn’t it too soon for Modern History?

It looked an absolute freedom of speech in the early Yeltsin’s years, later it became worse.
What Yeltsin did was a destruction of the economic system, so he will always be judged from this point of view. His time in 90-s will be remembered as time of liberal anarchy. IMHO. Russia cannot have too much of a democracy – it loses stability as a state. Not now.
