What are some easy Russian food recipes?

I love Russian food, but I haven’t been able to find any place that sells it since I moved away from the Washington DC area.

I love Red October brand chocolate, pierogi, and potato pancakes, but there is a meaty treat that I also love, but can’t remember the name of it. It was made of what appeared to be ground beef wrapped inside some sort of dough, kinda in the shape of a triangle. It was really delicious.

Are there any easy recipes for making classic Russian food??

I live in an area with lofts of Doukabour folks. Great food. Mostly vegetarian here.
