I heard that Stalin and Stalinism changed quite a lot of aspects of the early Bolsheviks

But what did he change in Egalitarianism, legal matters, art and literature?

He most surely did! Stalin was more focused on results than ideological “purity”.Actually, in 1931, he made an attack on what he called “petty-bourgeois egalitarianism”, demanding an increase on wage differentials and increases in pay of managers, engineers and officials.
