What famous Russian was placed in Lenin’s Tomb?

Question by Chris P. Bacon: What famous Russian revolutionary was placed in Lenin’s Tomb?

John Reed was from Portland, Oregon. He wasn’t Russian. I believe the answer is John Lenin, revolutionary leader of the Beatles.

Lenin hasn't got a tomb, he is in a mausoleum.
Stalin was placed next to Lenin from his death until 31 October 1961 when his body was removed and buried next to the Kremlin wall.

John Reed is also buried by the Kremlin Wall.
