Question by michael b: What is an easy and good tasting mixed drink with vodka?
I’m trying to get into mixed drinks with vodka, the less ingredients the better. Not cranberry. Thanks!

For mixed vodka drinks, Stoli is a great product. Very smooth, good taste, and it's filtered 4 times. Absolut is absolute crap. Just good marketing.
Try these on for size:
(alot of sprite as a mixer mentioned because it goes well with flavored vodkas)
Stoli Ohranj and sprite with a splash of O.J.
Stoli Blueberi and sprite
Stoli Vanil and Coke or Diet, you said no cranberry, but mixed with cran you get a cherry cheesecake. Tasty.
Stoli Citros (lemon flavored) as a lemon drop martini, or shot. Or with O.J. or sprite.
Stoli Razberi and sprite
Stoli Persik (Peach) With Orange juice is like a fuzzy navel with kick.
Their new blackberry flavor is killer with soda or sprite, and is kind of like a new york seltzer.
Nope, I don't work for them. Been a bartender for 10 years.

usually gets a laugh.
but seriously smirnoff+7up or smirnoff+ 5 Alive is my bread n butter.
edit: and all you saying vodka+redbull, try Jagermeister+Redbull. its called a "Jagger-Bomb" if you haven't heared of it. tastes like carbonated liqourice and gets ya drunk in a hurry!

my fav is vodka with redbull but be careful it's known as the "truth serum" haha

One of my favorite drinks with vodka is vanilla vodka and orange juice and a good splash of grenadine-it tastes like an orange creamsicle! Yummy! If you don't have vanilla vodka just add a tiny drop of vanilla extract to your vodka.

Vodka gimlet (vodka and lime). Shot of voddy with lime cordial or freshly squeezed lime juice, ice and a slice.

coke, o.j (screwdriver), tomato(bloody mary) and clamato (ceasar) for starters. i prefer it straight up with a beer chaser.
