Question by introvertedguy06: What is the biggest and heaviest Siberian Tiger on record? How big and massive can they get?
I already know that the biggest of all the Cats is the Siberian Tiger, but what is the biggest and heaviest one on record? I’ve heard of some that were a little over 1,000 pounds, but is this accurate?

The largest wild Siberian tiger on record weighed 384 kg (845 lb.), while a captive one weighed 423 kg (930 lb.). Weights can vary substantially depending on whether the tiger has been fully fed or has an empty belly. The average weight of a male Siberian tiger is around 227 kg (500 lb.). The Siberian tiger is the largest and heaviest of all living felines. A six-month old Siberian tiger can be as big as a fully grown panther.
